Cebu Mini Hotel

We can't praise Cebu Mini Hotel enough. It was incredibly enjoyable to stay at this hotel. We stayed twice during our trip to cebu and surrounding islands. We found the hotel itself clean, comfortable and accommodating. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They bed is comfy, housekeeping comes past daily and we recieved new sheets and towels. We had no issues with noise. The location has a huge incentive for us, close enough to walk into down town/old town and close to Alaya/up town. The hotel itself is located in a small street that leads into a small local neighbourhood. We loved this about it. At the front of the hotel you can find local eateries, bakeries, coffee and fruit vendors. We loves our stay and would come stay again.

I like the architecture and interior decor: simple and elegant, spotless clean, green plants. Minimalism brings me a soothering feeling! Very nice staff. Great location. However, I think it's not an ideal place for family or some one prefers comfortable facility indoor since there is no table, fridge, kettle in the room!

Fantastic hotel with very friendly staff. The immediate area is a bit dodgy but the hotel is a short walk from Ayala center and a 10 minute ride from the IT park. The hotel is very well maintained, everything looks still brand new. The room, the corridor, the staircase, everything is sparkling clean. Shampoo and liquid soap with a nice fragrance in the bathroom. Bed was a bit squeaky but comfy, I had to fold the pillow in half but that did the job for me. I was amazed by the quality of everything considering how little money we paid. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. If I’m ever back to Cebu I know where I’ll be staying. Thank you for keeping our luggages safe after checking out.

Good location. Walking distance to Ayala centre. Close to many Jeepney routes. Super friendly staff. Even had amenities in bathroom, which I have found rare in the Philippines (for low cost places). Good AC. Good noise blocking windows. I have returned to this place three different times during my trip, which certainly proves my satisfaction!

- The room was exceptionally clean - Daily room cleaning - The staff was friendly and helpful - Proper aircon - Bright and spacious room - A hot shower was available - Proper thick blanket was available (usually they just give us an extra sheet as a blanket in the Philippines)
